The Pickled Chef is a family-owned, local small business located in Greensburg, PA. Focusing on hand-packed and hand-preserved all-natural products, Chef Greg Andrews of The Pickled Chef modernizes traditional American heritage recipes and produces seven types of pickles in 16 oz glass jars. These pickles include Classic Sour Dill, Bread & Butter, Bloody Mary, Sweet and Tangy Mustard, Hot Pepper, Spicey Whiskey, Lemon/Ginger, and Horseradish Garlic Sandwich Pickles. Also produced are seasonal vegetables such as Pickled Hot Peppers, Dill Red Onions, and Pickled Red Beets. Fan favorites such as Tomato Jam, Apple Maple Bourbon Jam, Pepper Jelly, Sriracha Hot Honey Mustard, Dill Pickle Mustard, Dill Pickle Relish, and IPA Beer Mustard are available in 8 oz and 4 oz glass jars. The Pickled Chef has partnered with Pittsburgh’s Wigle Whiskey to produce an Aged Whiskey Barrel Hot Sauce. Ashlee Andrews, co-owner of The Pickled Chef, puts her name on their top-selling Bloody Mary Mix available in 32 oz. Gift baskets are also available during the holidays, filled with all the favorites.
